  1. This limitation is removed from version 2.37.2:

    1. Attachments: The snapshot macros cannot retrieve files (i.e.- images) from Jira. So, if a 'description' field contains a screenshot image, this image will not be included in the Confluence data. Note: You might still see this image in Confluence if it is cached in your browser, but this is just a coincidence. The image will no longer display if you clear your browser cache. This limitation is removed with version 2.37.2, so Snapshots taken with this (or later) versions will retrieve the file as part of the snapshot. The attachments from Jira are copied and attached into the Confluence page.

  2. Rare field formats: Jira fields may have many different formats, and some Apps may even have their own custom field types with their special formats. This may lead to some fields not displaying correctly. Please contact RadBee if you run into this situation, and we'll try to adjust the App to support this format.
