If you have evaluated Read & Understood Training Genius for Confluence and created some non-sense training records, you may want to scrap all training records in your instance.
By default, the scheduled job of the Training Genius runs every hour, but you can adjust this according to your needs. You can find more information on configuring scheduled jobs in the Confluence documentation.
- In Confluence administration, choose Training Genius Configuration.
- Press the Delete all training history, and follow the instructions to execute the purge.
RadBee recommends to perform a database backup before the purge. Just in case you may want to recover the purged records. This recovery is currently not supported by us, but may be achieved through database queries.
