About importing and exporting training rules
When you export or import your rules, all rules in the system are automatically gathered in a single file. You cannot import or export single rules.
Exporting rules
You can export all rules you have created to a *.rules file. This can be useful in the following situations:
- To save your work in case your session expired or if there was an issue saving your changes.
- To move rules to another Confluence system, for example from a test system to a production system.
- To modify the rules directly in JSON, as described in Advanced use of training rules.
- In Confluence administration, choose General configuration.
- Under RADBEE, choose Training Rules Designer.
- On the top right of the page, choose (Export).
The rules are exported to a *.rules file.
Importing rules
Rules are saved in a *.rules file that you can import into the designer.
- In Confluence administration, choose General configuration.
- Under RADBEE, choose Training Rules Designer.
- On the top right of the page, choose (Import).
The rules appears in the list on the left. - Choose Save.
