Configuring the Confluence sites can retrieve Jira Snapshots from your Jira

Once Access Agent is installed, you’ll need to configure which Confluence sites are allowed to retrieve snapshots from this site.

When a Confluence site is not configured via the Access Agent, it could be retrieving Snapshot using the legacy method of using a licensed user (as explained in https://radbeedocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JSICC/pages/2075394111 ).
So, not having a site listed, does not mean that Jira Snapshot will be blocked from that site.

By default, the Confluence product on the same site is already configured as allowed to retrieve Snapshots.
You can remove this configuration by deleting the entry for that site.

Steps to Follow

  1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.

  2. Navigate to Jira admin area and select Atlassian Marketplace / Agent for Jira Snapshot/Configuration.

  3. Review and update the list of Confluence sites allowed to retrieve snapshots from this site:

    1. To add sites, enter Confluence URL “https://<YOUR SITE NAME>.atlassian.net/wiki”

    2. To remove sites, use the “Remove” button on the left of the site name
