Where is my data stored?

Customer data is stored solely on Confluence

Jira Snapshots for Confluence stores all your data inside Confluence, within the Atlassian infrastructure itself. Snapshots data is stored as attachments to the Confluence page they relate to.

Specifically, this involves two types of data:

  1. The snapshot data: this is the Jira data that the app retrieves from Confluence. This data is stored in an attachment to the Confluence page.

  2. Configuration information containing sensitive details: this includes the access details to Jira and XRay, any API keys, and the email address of the technical contact. This data is stored in a secure manner within dedicated storage available to our App on your Confluence site.

Analytics data is stored on our secure infrastructure

As part of our continuous monitoring of the app's health, reliability, and performance, RadBee collects analytics about the operation of the app. This includes information about the snapshot configuration, data metrics, speed metrics, and error stacks.

This analytics data is used to monitor the application, and improve its reliability, speed, and its feature set.
