About email notifications

You automatically receive an email notification whenever a training page is assigned to you. You can use the link in the email to quickly navigate to the training page.

Depending on how the Training Genius is configured, you can receive an email in the following scenarios:

• If a training page is updated to a new version.
• If you have to refresh your knowledge of the training.

• If you haven't completed the training by the due date. You will receive daily reminder emails until you complete the training.

  Whether you have a deadline depends on how the admin has configured the Training Genius. You can see if a training has a deadline in the Due date column in My trainings or a training overview of your pending trainings.
